Today I was visiting with a web designer and graphic artist that I’m pleased to know. I was picking his brain about his pricing strategy, and he was picking my brain about SEO.

I do SEO, and I actually kick some serious buttocks on search engine ranking and search marketing. I don’t usually think about the process or the method, or the technique of what I do when I’m optimizing a blog or a website.

In an effort to break what I do down, I want to create a free eCourse on search engine optimization. And I want to deliver the lessons in a variety of ways, so as to hit multiple learning styles.

In business, it is inevitable.

Different personality types and preferences are forced to coexist. People who wouldn’t normally associate, outside the office, need to find a way to work together amicably.

When this doesn’t come easily to the colleagues, workplace stress is present.

Often, a change of routine and environment is needed to allow the differing styles of people to find acceptance and collaboration with each other. That is where team building workshops come in.
